Regular Priced Merchandise

  • Exchange Policy

If you would like to make and exchange, please email us at support@lilyasia.com within 30 days of the ship date. We will send you a new piece within 2 to 3 business days after the exchange item arrives the warehouse. LILY ASIA will not cover return shipping cost.

  • Return Policy

If you would like to return, please email us at support@lilyasia.com for within 30 days of the ship date. You can receive a full refund within 30 days after customer service confirm the refund process is completed. LILY ASIA will not cover return shipping cost.

Sale Merchandise

Please note that all the sale merchandises are final sale and can’t be exchanged or returned.

Return & Exchange Conditions.

For all returns or exchanges, items must not be washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached. Any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please Note - Customer service has the right to request clothes condition inspection and refuse any returned item that does not meet the original condition. In this instance, refund will not be processed.

How to Mail Back an Exchange/Return

Follow the steps below to complete online returns for online purchases.

  1. Please email us at support@lilyasia.com with the following information: your order number, items you’d like to exchange/return, valid receipt, address and phone number.
  2. Customer service will reach out to you and proceed the checking process.
  3. Pack your items securely in one package. You'll need to ship your item(s) to the address provided. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  4. Share the shipment tracking information with us.

 

Please Note – LILY ASIA will not cover international shipping cost for return.

 

Online Return Refund & Processing

After we receive your return item and inspect the condition of your returned item thoroughly, we’ll process your return within 7 to 10 business days. Once the process is completed, we’ll email you right away. You can receive a full refund within 3 business days after this email is provided. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment you made on lilyasia.com.

 

Please Note -  Shipping costs, tax and duties are non-refundable. Duties and taxes are currently refundable upon return only to customers in some countries. You may be able to apply to your local customs authority for a tax refund on any returned products. Please reach out to your customs authority for more information.
