We've made some updates to our services to ensure the best possible shopping experience.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, but if you do, you can store your billing address and multiple shipping addresses, join our mailing list, and check your order status. And we can contact you if there's a problem with your order. It's quick and easy to create your account.

How do I know which size to order?

You can find our full-size guide online here which includes a size conversion chart, measurements per size, and information on how to compare your measurements.

What forms of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as debit cards from over 100 countries. We also accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We currently do not accept prepaid Visa, Mastercard, or American Express Gift Cards.

What are your shipping methods and how long do they take?

We offer standard and express shipping. We also provide free standard shipping on orders over USD$99. A standard shipping order to the U.S. usually takes 8-15 days to deliver. If your order needs to be shipped to other countries, you can find more details here.

Is there any duty or tax I need to pay?

Duty, customs tariffs and taxes (including VAT) are set by the destination country's local government. Please note that you will be responsible for all duties, customs tariffs, and taxes. The amount of applicable duty, customs tariffs, and taxes will vary by country.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Tracking links generally need 48–72 business hours to be updated with tracking information.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) within 30 days of the ship date. Sales product(s) and any damaged, used, incomplete or soiled product(s) cannot be returned. If you have any return questions, please email us at support@lilystudio.com. Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of the item(s). However, you can always return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish for instead.

When can I expect my refund?

Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed. We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed.
